Edward Kealy
EDWARD F. KEALY joined Arciero McMillan & Burgess, PC in 2022. He has significant experience defending medical malpractice cases on behalf of healthcare professionals, in addition to years of litigating general liability and commercial litigation claims in both state and federal court. Ed has substantial experience in achieving favorable results for his physician clients through dispositive motion practice, taking plaintiff depositions, and defending healthcare providers at their depositions. Ed has also successfully argued before the Appellate Division.
Ed attended the University of Delaware where he double-majored in political science and history, with a concentration in journalism, and earned his law degree from the Pace University School of Law. While in law school, Ed cofounded the Pace Exposition on Intellectual Property, Sports & Entertainment Law and wrote for the Pace Intellectual Property, Sports & Entertainment Law Forum.
Ed is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Dutchess County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as the Federal District Court in the Southern District of New York. He is also admitted in New Jersey.
