Dena Berke
DENA BERKE joins the firm with over 25 years of experience defending medical malpractice, nursing home and home health aide cases. She handles cases from inception through trial, including defending defendants at deposition, engaging in sophisticated motion practice and negotiating settlements. Dena has been successful in obtaining dismissal of high exposure cases at the state Court level and has successfully briefed and argued appeals in the Appellate Division. Ms. Berke received her Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University and her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Dena and her family reside in Southern Westchester County where she is an active supporter and volunteer for the Lustgarten Foundation and The Coachman Family Center.
